Pros:

• An awesome app from manager's point of view
• Provides the details of team weekly, bi weekly or on monthly basis
• Provides the charts and graphs to regulate the things in a best way
• Provides an option to give 1 on 1 feedback to enhance the progress
• Regardless of the team size, free trial for 15 days is provided
• Quite simple and very easy to use
• No ambiguities/complexities are involved at all

Cons:

• None for it

Overall I do personally feel this is an awesome app, Great Hunt :)
