Pros:

• It is a wonderful idea to lose the weight
• One can wear it easily and can do other activities
• Quite adjustable as per the demand of results
• No harm effects as it is clinically proven fit for the human muscles
• Work is done through electrical impulses
• No technicalities are involved in it
• Quite easy to use

Cons:

• Not any for this
