Just open and start writing @ blogfatherbot from Telegram and that's how easy it is. You don't need a password or registration.

Simply a tool for all those who need to create a blog without having to pay for expensive domains or templates, all this being possible by a simple method, just by using a bot. The problem I might see is how much you can customize the site in question and how good it will be, if all blogs bring a generic template and so on. Still, it stands out as an excellent solution.
