Pros:

I've actually got this... and the concept is super cool.
Putting your phone on your dash like that actually stops you from checking for texts at lights, etc.

Cons:

It's too slow... you turn a corner and their software hasn't caught up yet so you don't know where to go next.
Google Maps is so much more responsive.
Sometimes it's not clear whether you're supposed to turn a hard-right or an easy right.
The HUD falls over all the time.
