Meditation is something we all need to carryout ones or twice everyday, having that your own personal quiet time.
Non makes it easy for you. It uses sound to more than just aid your active listening and also bringforth a deepened state of consciousness. It gives you sounds that are never alike without repetition that would aid you in meditation.

Always hesitant with meditation apps that have you interact with the screen but reviews not it encourages other types of mindfulness too so +1 for meditation/mindfulness
