I bought a HS100G at the start of August 2018 and I agree that it is a great drone to learn with. Obviously it can’t do everything that the expensive pro drones can achieve but it is good value for the price. Unfortunately mine had a few problems with the gps signal which ended when it failed to respond to any control inputs and it flew away over the horizon never to be seen again. However I do want to say that I was very pleased with the service from the nice people at Holy Stone. When I contacted them on web chat they were easy to deal with and they agreed to send me a replacement HS100G free of charge. So I think it is worth recording that Holy Stone provides excellent customer service.
