It's like an online training center. Where any trainer or enthusiast can set courses and people can come over to learn on things.
What you said about the org sector usage, also pops in my mind when I see this platform. I know how helpful it would be to set training course, schedule, level of training for employees. We use another platform in our office. But this also looks promising.
