Nice & impressive tbh. As this is one of the most prime issue in our life now Smartphone. Most of us are using it without getting anything in return which is just wasting time and resulting in various health issues. Liked the way how it operates but as an addict of smartphone I can always undone few settings from the app I believe yet it's a nice a start I believe to get away from smartphone !!!
