Can you imagine that breathing can help us to lose a weight? Based on my experience, breathing was one of the most important thing to learn with the gym equipments with you. Taking a good and deep breath can make you lose weight but not in an instant guys!

Yeah I get the idea. Most exercise routines most times involves you breathing in and out, meaning it is actually part of the exercising. Now keyto reinvent the idea into what it is. Really amazing one

The above description is misleading. This product does not make you lose weight. What it does is measure through ones breath, whether or not you are in Ketosis. If you are, you are burning fat. It's not different than the keto strips people use to measure ketosis in the urine; only more convenient than the strips. in order to be in ketosis, one has to be on a keto, very low carb diet.

This is definitely the best Weight loss technique I have seen or read about. I researched the effectiveness of keto diet and intermittent fasting in losing weight few months back in a post. A product that measure the effectiveness of these techniques is amazing. This is way better and risk free way of losing weight compare to all these weight loss solution products flooding the market that cannot back up their claims.
guao is fantastic because it is a good alternative to lose weight, without having to make a strict diet or for example those people who are too lazy to do exercises, however the latter is not bad, it is important to take care of our health, but this device is very iinovador had never seen something like this ..
