The way to use is by far very easy you should only place Poze with a self-adhesive hypoallergenic strip (included with the device) near the clavicle or in the clothing and straighten.
Poze has only one button. When the device is switched on, Poze records its position and creates a reference point. The sensor technology calculates the angle of its position, so that if it tilts 15 degrees or more, Poze will send a silent hum after 1 minute, reminding it to re-raise.
No applications, no diagrams, no simple and easy complications so you can use it wherever you want as you want without anyone noticing.
