How about hearing a little wave at home?
One of my favorite shows in recent years was House of Cards. It was an exercise device that caught my eye in the series. You could do a rowing exercise at home with this product. Ive been looking for a rowing machine like this but can't seem to find one that doesn't look cheap.. Anyone know where I would be able to find one like this? or the one that Francis uses in House of Cards?
Arms need to come away from body before your legs start taking you back to the catch. Legs, core, arms, hands away, reverse it back to the catch
Looks like a good workout and I'd like to try it, but is it easy to fall off the machine on the pull back? I just joined a gym and I don't want to bust my head open or embarrass myself. lol
This machine is excellent. I'm recovering after knee surgery (result of a gymnastics injury some years ago!) and the rower is perfect to give you a good workout without impact.
