When it comes to Hiring people especially remotely, there is an Importance of context .
Headhunter is a video-based job search that helps you fill a position in the fastest amount of time with the best fit possible. Hiring managers care more about personality and character than a list of skills.
Head Hunter has a mobile application so that you can be connected on the go as an opening can spring up anytime.
Like all democratized online platform there is a mutual disclosure of the profiles of all parties.Both employers and Job seekers have to post videos of themselves.
The only con in my opinion is that the $49 starting price to post a Job. I am curious to how this thing will work out.
