It's sad we actually need something like this but we really do even my closest of friends will sometimes be playing more attention to their phone then being present, what the "Forest Stay Focused" app does is it get's you to plan a tree this newly planted tree will grow as you continue to not use your phone but if you start going on your phone the tree will begin to witter down encouraging you to not use your device.
It is a great meditation app that can comfort your mind.
Many people are addicted with social media, they spend hours wasting their time on interment. This is a good app to help deal with time wasting on phone.
