It has a battery life that last more than the shoe's wearing life.
It connects wirelessly to a smartphone.
It tracks the time,candence,steps,distance and duration and analyse it and stores the data.
The analysed data can be stored on the shoe till it is sent to a smartphone wirelessly via the smart phone app.

A cool idea indeed. Instead of buying a wearable to track your fitness, it is always good to buy a shoe that is build-in with a fitness tracker. I love the concept and design of the shoe.
