The Neo Smart by Tacx turns your normal bike into an indoor trainer. Remove your rear wheel and attach your bike to the Neo Smart for quiet indoor cycle training. The Neo Smart simulates various different terrains without any calibration. The Trax even simulates the real feeling of descending downhill.

It seems to me a good product, for those who still do not totally dominate the bike and would run many risks when cycling in the tracks. I think they would learn to master the bike and at the same time continue exercising
I agree, with bad weather it would be a better option too.
