This is, in my opinion, one of the best E-Bike's on the market and it is made by BMW, German engineering at its best. It as a range of 100km on a single charge, but you will not be stranded if it runs out of power, you can just pedal it home the old fashioned way.
BMW Active Hybrid E-Bike with hydroformed aluminium frame in the typical BMW Bullneck design. The integrated Brose electrical motor with 250 W power and 90 Nm torque as well as one Li-ion battery with 504 Wh make the e-bike dynamic and agile. Integrated LED rear light and protective aluminium panel integrate design and safety. Display with Micro-USB input as well as Bluetooth function and integrated control function. The removable Li-ion battery allows for a range of up to 100 km. Exclusive colour combination in frozen Black/Arctic Silver and unique frame design for a modern look.

I must say that I love everything that is has to do with a Beemer and this bike just got it right.
Having an autonomy greater than some of the electric cars out there, for sure is an achievement.
Fast and smart, you can connect to it and get data about.

I just saw this on twitter today, it's a great bike with an amazing 100 km range. The battery tech is getting so much better day by day
This is hopefully the way of the future for city dwellers, although I'll wait to buy one until they can steer themselves as well... ;)
