Oh my! I'm so sorry I thought it was fine because when I entered the site I didn't the words 'this product exists' (like I got for other softwares). Is there a way to remove it or change it?

No, don't remove it. You wrote it well, and let it be on Steemit.
From Steemhunt, it will be removed automatically in a week or so. For the contest, you can post another hunt, and just edit your comment on my contest post, and put the URL of your new hunt.
