You were absolutely right to think that, that symbol/logo does relate with health & care and medicines etc (based on some goddess from Greek Mythology).

I think its logic hidden in their slogan/message ... "Curation Network Remedy for Steem", and IMO, name "KURE' is also adopted from "CURE".
