It is not feasible for everyone to buy smartwatches and/or fitness trackers. Maker of "Heart Rate Monitor", Dmitry Dziuba, has provided a cheaper solution for many of us facing issues in this regard.
It is made mainly from NeoPixel Ring: WS2812 5050 RGB LED

This watch can be a good choice for a Fitbit fitness track. I think people who have mobile for the activity should buy this watch so that they can easily measure their activities.
The heart rate can be easily measured, but it is not impossible to find out what is going on in the heart.
