Not so much details i can find in the site, but as per my evaluation, see below :

Pros :

• Able you to create automatically a room where you and your friends can watch video tutorials together or your favorite movies.
• This can be good for collaboration and bonding between friends and family.
• It has a very simple User Interface and navigation would never be a problem to user.
• You don't need to signup anymore which i think a more anonymous thing which protects your privacy in the web.

Cons :

• Consumes a lot of bandwidth during the process of video synchronization.
