Pros :
- A real time monitoring of your posture during your exercise
- Helps check to how much you have exerted on your exercise and if your posture is correct
- A great way to received suggestions from execise programs
- Helps you check your calories and amount of exercise needed to be accurate
Cons :
- A good coaching. No cons that i can find
