Nothing can deny that SndBox has been there helping people.

Pros :

• They are there to help educate people who new to blockchain and help them gain experience
• Their members are really guiding other members in a set of a curriculum that they will effectively learn about cryptocurrencies and some opportunities
• It does help empower through their incubator
• They do provide many outreach programs that will help people

Cons :

• I don't see any cons since i have sense that they do have a strong community as well
