This is a book about a man who suffered badly with mental illness but managed to get better and learn how to live again. In this this true story he goes into detail of what happened to get him into this dark place but also how he coped and managed to get through it.
I hope this can help anyone who is going through a dark time as its very common and nothing to be ashamed of.
