A new concept to build a good habit
Helps declutter your life from social media apps and get to sleep on time
Improves health when you sleep
Cons:
It might become addictive at later stages
You'll always need an external motivation that'll prompt you to sleep

Yeah, it is right to help with declutter life from social media and go to sleep. We tend to stick with our phone although on the bed or worst bring the phone to sleep together.
