One Fix Minicast is a free 4-week audio program that explains its entire philosophy, delivers it in daily audio format via SMS, and downloads a 4-week audio program that demonstrates One Fix philosophy. We will provide our philosophy in audio format on a daily basis
SMS messages help you become healthier. Audios will last for about 3 minutes to talk about the food that makes us fat and also to explore why it's hard to change what we eat, how we can make it easier
