Geekbench 4 is a cool little utility app that measures the performance of your mobile and desktop device! A simple and powerful app. Geekbench is used by organizations such as Microsoft and NASA!

It’s only $.99 to download and is available on macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android

Hi @mcoinz79,

Thanks for your hunt. I have reviewed it and will approve it but before I do so I will request that you update the product link to point at Geekbench’s download page. That offers users on any platform to easily find the app for their platform and thus makes the experience for Steemhunt visitors more enjoyable.

Also, the order of product links in the posting guidelines (section 3) is in order of priority.

Let me know via a comment reply when you’ve made requested update so I can finalize this hunt’s review. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for that. In the future please remember that we steemhunt, not any other interface or app to interact with the Steem blockchain.

NASA cant be using an app that is with 99 cents. The app by itself may be useful but I'm interested in knowing how NASA uses it. Billions spent on research but 99 cents to test performance of desktops?

Yes. Just like all those brands show up as clients for so many services, and even advertising agencies.

Some small corner, dept. has once made use of it.

Yeah, big names can be placed in a long list, but in a list of 2 - 3, it stands out. And yeah, all that is needed is that 1 employee should have used a 1 week free trial maybe.

That said, if they use Macs which they do, Geek Bench is the only benchmark app (and is - or was - free) and a widely respected one at that.

Some employees will definitely benchmark their device when getting a new one. And many NASA locations actually transmit the company ID with the IP.

Congratulations!
