I like the concept. If we were living in an electrically heated house, I'd definitely consider this. As you can see, the design is stylish and timeless. The price is €2,900 which is a bit high for a heater. The heat output is enough for a single large room (15-30 square meters). If it costs about €200 per month to heat a home twice the size of a room like that, then it will take a couple of years to offset the cost just by not paying for heating alone. Finding the right crypto to mine would most likely speed up the process of off-setting the up front cost of buying QC-1 a lot! I highly recommend looking into this. As I said, the concept is fantastic!

That defeats the purpose of the equipment. But yes I guess you can. Although at the moment almost no crypto is really worth mining with GPU. So, for the extra heat that you don't want in your place... I would never continue mining.
But yes its up to you and to the app they provide, supporting that.
There might be low market cap coins worth mining even with a GPU. But of course I agree with you in that it wouldn't make any sense to continue mining unprofitably, causing wear an tear on the computer and generating unwanted heat to build up in your home if it weren't necessary in summer time.
That's something one should calculate carefully.
