I checked this out on Google PlayStore and what caught my attention is this:

This app can also be used to notify you of excessive water usage during times when there should be little or no water usage.

That is a very good added feature for a monitoring app because it only not monitors the process but also goes the extra mile to save water and have it utilized properly.
