well time taco is a web page that let you create events with countdowns, is very basic and also you can add a background image. im using this to encourage myself to complete tasks before the countdown finish

    Pros:

    • helpful in the countdown
    • easy to maneuver the site
    • gives an accurate countdown

    Cons:

    • additional data of internet connection
    • I still prefer the countdown generated in this site (if it’s steemhunt) and I think there are also countdowns available at some events that may make the site not so useful.

    Pros:

    • Will establish urgency for the user since there is a countdown
    • Great tool for organizing events
    • Very easy to manage the site

    Cons:

    • Can create a negative mental pressure on some people
    • Cannot be accessed if there is no internet connection. Much better if there is an app for this
