Hello everyone, EMPLEE is a program that helps companies improve employee engagement. It ido it through smart survey. Also it had people analytics that can actionable recommendations to employers.
The analyze are very detail and deliver a comprehensive report. It also give actionable tips.

cons:
This is good for big corporate companies that has branches all over the world. In order to have cohesive management, employers and emplyee have to work along greatly. at this era now, business is tough, compettiion is higher, engagement with staff and employer will greatly built bonding and trust within each other.
