The high altitude balloon Cubex can be of good use for studying weather conditions and communicating with meteorologists.
Cna be used by security agenices to track person vehicles or anything.

That's absolutely true. In addition to convenience and entertainment, it is a great tool for weather forecast
Yeah cubex is a multi-purpose one. From what I have researched 90% of this type of product is known as weather forecast balloon kit and cubex can serve this along with fulfilling other purposes.
