Agrus is a great modeling package that is totally free. Agrus is molecular modeling docking and drug designing software mainly used by Bioinformatician for the purpose of the drug designing.
With the help of this software you can see the interaction of disease protein and the novel drug that you are going to use for it.
Great features are you can change the atoms and bonds types and add different atoms to make it a different drug specifically for drug repurposing process.
It will help you make new drugs.

I don't know much about drugs but I got some knowledge about drugs & ArgusLab is a very helpful tool for designing drug.
Wow this thing is really great. I think it has options of molecular docking. I was trying to find a software that will allow me to visualize the docking complex interactions
A product that can be used in medical anal. It's an advantage to be free. Modeling field seems to be successful. As a result, they will not pay any fees.
It is a great technique to model the drug and read the tiny molecule of drug.
Thanks in this software I can visualize the different parameters of the docking. I think its one of few great molecular modeling softwares great hunt!!
