This may tell you what to eat but we need another device to bring discipline in life to follow this advice, lol. I am not sure how effective this will be but it surely sounds like an incredible idea.
Lol...you are right @karamyog .It won't be easy without self discippline unless they create some kind of self hypnotic device :)
