The device consists of a cylinder that is anchored in the terrain vertically, which transforms the wind into electrical energy by means of an elastic rod, with a system of coils and magnets, allows the generation of electricity with that movement. These wind turbine has the advantage of oscillating from one side to another and uses the kinetic energy to convert it into electrical energy.
This is about changing the current wind turbines of 3 blades, which generate electricity without pollution, or aggravate the greenhouse effect, but the bad of this system by its blade give a direct impact on the environment killing birds by the turn of their wings , in addition to the great noise that is contaminating to be human.
The benefits of this wind turbine
• It is that they do not generate any noise.

This is not only a marvelous idea, the technology is also wonderful. "Vortex induced vibration resonant wind generator" are the exact words used in its description and I think nothing more can be said more precisely than these words, otherwise needs several pages. Great hunt @junior182, i think everyone should either move over to a green energy supplier or switch part of their energy needs to solar panels or wind turbines. I quite like the fact this is cheap to install and run, and maintenance costs are lower, a factor that has been the key hindrance to solar adoption. Great hunt!

In the fight against global warming what can be better to have than a generator that doesn't generate any noise, doesn't interfere with the radars, is cheaper to manufacture, maintain and assemble.

This is pretty cool. Im not exactly sure how it works compared to the traditional turbine method or whether it is more efficient than the older style , but id be down to give it a try.
