It is quite hard to get visas to work in Japan. It would be better if these platforms offered remote working, so that you can carry out your job from the country you live in.
I love the culture of Japan and they have been the most tech friendly country on Earth. Make sure to have high fluency in Japaneses because people there don't speak much English.
60k$ is huge amount and whoe ever gets this amount job will be more than happy.
