Howdy Hunters,
Today I bring you something that benefits us all. Ofo bikes are a shared bicycle system originating out of China. These bikes are all over major cities, unlock them by scanning the QR code on the seat. This ingenious idea benefits us threefold, It is affordable transportation, it helps us to stay active and it is environmentally friendly.
I have personally used Ofo and the accompanying app on the Iphone and it is great. Ofo bikes are everywhere in shanghai, when you open the app it even shows you what bikes are close, through the GPS system.
The app tracks how many kilometers you ride, your caloric expenditure and rewards you for being active.
The bikes themselves are pretty standard, with adjustable seats. Overall, shared bikes are awesome and Ofo is leading the way, don't be surprised if you see Ofo spreading to the West in the near future.
