    I wonder what this is for. Is it artificial intelligence that can be recognized by speech? For example, is it an artificial intelligence speaker connected to a TV?

    No, these are high quality UHF antennas for the low level market. They are perfect for extended movie sets or PA installations on large parking lots and things like that.
