Description
It seems like Google wanted to copy and build their own version of what3words.
What3words is probably easier to remember, whereas PlaceCode uses random alphanumeric characters - I think it's really Google like approach to solve the problem.
As they can integrate this with Google Maps and they don't ask any licensing fee for this, I guess you will see more of this ugly address in the future 😜
