We badly need real estate business into blockchain. Real estate business depends upon transparency and reliability. Unfortunately such type of transparency is not available due to involvement of influence and middle management. There are a lot of blockchain projects tailored towards real estate investments. I have actually come across nothing less than four, what do you think makes this a unique one?
Real state is a very big business and the people who are working for this business Don't tell their customers exact price of place they are selling or playing the part of middle man, so It is necessary their should be transparency, so that buyer could buy easily and with out being worried.
Well seems like there is still some time to get the whole process in action. Besides Crypto has shown really some significent changes in various aspects in our life. Excellent this union! We all know how profitable and productive real estate businesses are and the great economic projection that crypto currencies have had. The Kozjin is a coin that augurs well for the future, as there are daily buying and selling businesses in the real estate sector. A business without banking intermediaries and transparent for client and seller. Excellent hunting.
Real estate industry will be more streamlined with this futuristic solution. Apparently, at this stage all about it looks good.
If they are offering payment, then they are not a real estate company and are doing nothing to improve real estate. Its just another crypto project with absolutely no value add. Such all in one real estate and fintech improving projects usually will not have a bright future themselves, forget RE & Fintech.
Like previous comments, this is MUCH needed. The commissions and fees associated with buying a house are brutal. This is definitely a step in the right direction
