Pros.

• I think it can be used in other emergency situations.
• secured PIN to keep the preset messages safe.
• erases the app data and traces once the message is sent, this protect the receipents.

Cons.

• Not sure if this would not translate to breaking any law. But then, if it can not be proven.....
