We have all heard of 911 calls, but in some part of the world such service are not functional or in existence. Ever thought of a world we don't I totally rely on institution in terms of emergency, where we are all our brothers' keepers...forming a guardian circle.
Guardian Circle is an “open source intelligence grid where we can give and receive help from the nearest help with our mobile devices. It is a great way to get help and render help fast in times of emergency.

nice, it needs to have such a circle with a lot of active members. we have to help each other for a risk-free happy life on earth, Apart from Govt organisations and setups, these type of groups work well where there is a need. good hunt.
