Drinkaware is a smartphone application that helps those that want to monitor their alcohol intakes, especially those suffering from alcoholism. The app can help to cut back on intakes and provides personalized supports for that might need one. It is armed with easy to use interface as well.
Calculate units and calories, review your drinking patterns over time, set your own goals and get support at the times and places where you need it the most. source
A really good app to recommend for those that are alcoholic and looking to get help.

Now that it's the end of 2018, we'll have plenty of drinks. I also have an appointment to drink almost every evening, so I'm worried about my health. I'm going to drink and record the type and amount of alcohol I drank in this app. Thank you for giving me a good app.
