Themo is a smart thermostat that keeps tracks of electricity prices and helps to save on electricity usage and costs for heating homes. Heating homes probably requires the most electricity compared to any other usage. In many cases, electricity usage is the least efficient, and people end up using more electricity than they need and paying more than they should. Themo is a solution to this problem.
Themo uses thousands of data points to understand when to switch on your heating. For this, it takes into account real-time electricity spot price, outside weather, your preset temperature levels and your home unique consumption profile.
It has LED circle that serves as an indicator of price spikes and helps with information when it is a good time to consume less electricity. As my NETATMO smart thermostat just broke down I am looking at a new one and gladly will review what Thermo is bringing on. Having the mobile app attached to it will let me automate the heating periods and maybe make some economies. The LED is just showing us when to turn on and off the heating which is one nice visual touch to be alerted upon. Great hunt!

This is much needed in my country Pakistan as electricity is very costly here and we can't track it with ease. This tool is amazing as it will help us with electricity tracking as well save some of it as we will be able to track it. Thank you @geekgirl for sharing such amazing hunt.
These "smart" devices are definitly the way of the future. We have a preprogrammed thermostat but it's not exactly fool proof. You really have to predict your own usage patterns. It would be handy to have the device itself decide when to turn on the heat to maximize efficiency.
