Maybe dopamine isn’t your kick. Maybe you are a notification purist - and minimalist - and you prefer to get only few notifications.
Or maybe, you’re old-fashioned or super hip and have a not smart phone - or a rather dumb phone like one of the nowadays popular again Nokia re-releases - and want just SMS notifications?

TMT is a super simple and super focused app which caters exactly to your needs and allows you to receive SMS reminders of the things which truly matter to you and when you need them.
In the premium version it has advanced features like selecting friends, recurring reminders, notes.
As said... this is for the purists and I love it.
