The Smoke network is the first blockchain catering to the cannabis community. The main net has been up since almost three months now, with the first dApp Smoke.io - hunted here seeing tens and tens of posts daily already. The network currently has also already more than 50 active witnesses powering the blockchain.
The smoke blockchain, with an extensive roadmap, will expand beyond “classic” social media posts with strain and dispensary reviews next, and a blockchain based advertising network after that.
More dApps (mobile apps) are being worked on already as well.

No worries. The .network site went up when the mainnet went live (shortly before launch actually) and smoke.io became the first operational dApp rather than the “ICO page” containing “everything”.
I did debate whether posting it but with Smoke.io now really being a dApp, since mainnet launch, they are distinct. Decentralization at work now.

Yup. Technically somebody could even hunt smoke.io again because it’s a totally different product now than when it was hunted during the ICO. Then it was the pitch site (works better if you can promote an actual dApp already), now it’s an actual (active) dApp.
If you love cannabis you should check out @canna-curate here on steem as well. No need to only support cannabis in one sight. We like the smoke network, but also got to rep the plant here to show non smokers how wonderful the herb is.
Thumbed down on Steemhunt for being a comment unrelated to the product hunted and being Steem (self) promotional in content.
Aside from that, yes I support the plant and awareness on all levels. But this is a Steemhunt hunt about the smoke network, not about cannabis awareness.

It has no other effect. The comment is because I always give reason why. I am both hunter and moderator on Steemhunt, thus I think explaining is the right thing to do. I do follow and read your updates on Smoke though. :)
