If you do not who the angels are let me tell you since I was interested in this field before. Angels are the investors that want to see the start up growing. So this is how venture funds can be started easier by the investments of the Angels. So in this website its easy to find investors(angels) in the same time the angels can find the best products where they want to make their investment. The website itself is very well designed and seems like they worked a lot on this. One more thing in the future seems useful by myside since I will need some angels :)
