The use of Virtual Reality in the field of education makes learning quite easier, fun, interactive and entertaining.
Edmersiv is an educational Lab for Virtual Reality where students can learn pretty much anything about art, animals, geography, science, technology, history, archeology and many more.
Interact with several different educational objects, simulations, animations, environments and games. Each experience is carefully designed to improve student’s learning outcomes.

It's a really cool item. It will help students learn a lot. Rather than just looking at books and learning from books, I think they can learn real and realistic things. Maybe students can go to the sea speed and space with this. Thank you for sharing.

I've never really thought of the possibility of applying VR in the area of teaching but it seems totally a cool concept after coming across this hunt.
Awesome, I personally love art and geography. It would be a pretty much amazing experience and best for learning student in their lab. Then we feel like in the real world to seeing the virtual reality.
i didn't knew that VR can be used for educational purposes too before this hunt i have been thinking VR is used just for fun and gaming...

VR is used in many areas, not so long ago I visited an art exhibition with VR installation, really impressive (especially Laurie Anderson's Chalkroom). For education, that can be very interesting too...

@ememovic Cool hunt. Wow, this virtual reality is really a game changer for people to have fun in the learning process. I suppose boring stuff, people don't learn intuitively so this first educational lab will pioneer the way for sure. Great hunt.
Wow, I checked it out on steam and I must say that its functions are quite impressive. I haven't used VR yet, but is something I'm considering of acquiring in the future most specially that VR is also already on steam through dlux-io.
I also love the idea behind the project to use VR for education - one of the fields that I believe this tech can very be well used for (as long as the virtual goggles don't damage your eyes due to prolonged exposure.
Another area I'm expecting for a tech similar to this that I believe we're already seeing advancement is Augmented Reality (AR).
I guess the name is combination of education and immersive. Learning through this would be fun. Stimulating senses (for this, its visual) makes it easier for kids to remember what's being taught. Great hunt!
VR is slowly getting more and more implementation. Educational purposes are great implementation of VR.
Sometimes the models can be quite low poly since the tremendous graphics processing power needed, and I hope this guys have made that better.
