I think one thing we can agree on, as we grow older, our health starts to become a priority, that is, if it really wasn't in our youth. What better way to start to look after ourselves other than by monitoring our food intake?

You wanna say that this little device can monitor all that? I mean, it sounds way too good but, also amazing because it is hard if not even impossible to track all the calories you're taking and burning. I'd get one if it would be more affordable but, maybe in the future when the technological market evolves even more.

You are right my dear friend, health is one of the most important things and with that you don't play and this device is not playing either, its utilities are very extensive and it is definitely a great product, that of monitoring your emotional state seems very useful to me, so you know how your body reacts and I love the function of monitoring your water consumption daily, you know to be well hydrated, is very good.
It is a very good product to track your calorie. It can help you keep fit and stay healthy. It can show and analyze your calorie data to plan your keep fit plan.
Now this a good way to take care of your health without you not even noticing it

I think this is the future in ensuring that we look and monitor our health. But am a bit worried because I know devices like this are not meant for the poor population but still a good product
@elsiekjay I think this is it's kind of first device. There are so many health care device, but this is something new & interesting. I would love to more about this.
