Nice Hunt!

Pros:

• this really looks to be a great tool. like noisy says at the start of the video you can easily set up a X amount of votes (or voteweight) for a specific user to enable him to upvote in your behalf to further curate content or just simply to not waste any voteweight in case you hit 100%
• runs via steemconnect so no need to worry about security
• since it basically offers the same benefits as a delegation it can be used to bypass the 1 week delegation freeze
