This one sounds reaaaaaaallllly sketchy. All of the reviews that I could find seem to think it's a scam but even without seeing them, it sounds a little too good to be true. Half a Steem every hour? And do you just claim it like a faucet or win it like a game? If it could be proven to work I'd use it but from what I've seen that's not very likely (sorry).
